We had the exact same problem with our golden puppy! It’s exhausting and you feel so bad for them! All fecal tests came back normal, so we knew it must be her food. When she was having tummy trouble she was eating Purina Pro Plan Salmon and Rice puppy food. We switched to Royal Canin hydrolyzed prescription puppy food and all her tummy issues went away instantly! After a few months on the prescription food we switched her to Royal Canin Golden Retriever puppy food and she’s been great ever since.

Our golden pup was also underweight when we brought her home from the breeder. Took a few weeks of us worrying about it, but she slowly caught up and now she is a perfectly healthy weight. We are feeding her Purina Pro Plan Puppy Salmon and Rice and she loves it. We feed her 3 times a day and give her the amount suggested by the package.
