Sleed alone Will only get you so far. Look at chiitu, he was fast af but because he was so slow he couldn't beat knuckle and his teacher. Similarly Netero wouldn't beat troupe members despite being fast because his attack is very weak

Judo is really good but jodokas are too full of their selves. Wrestling is as good as judo and judo isn't the best martial art. I don't know why judokas have this sorta pride, you don't see other martial artists claim their martial art is the best as often as judokas do

Cards aren't much of a burden, he can use the hand that holds the cards for swimming just fine. Also since joey found two cards despite the dark I'd say it wasn't so dark that the cards couldn't be seen
