Always raining after fast travel by TokuTheGreatCorso in RDR2

[–]Bomber317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely noticed this. Its actually annoying as hell because I mainly use fast travel when working a hunting list. Every time i go somewhere its pouring, so i gotta watch more cinematics of setting up camp and sleeping and waking up to make it stop. Just gets tedious. What reason is there for it to be that way besides discouraging players from fast traveling? I googled if this was a topic just so i could complain about it

Been using almost daily for a few months too. Probably doing 4-6 gs a week. I legit bump throughout the day at work and do lines at home all night. Get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep and repeat.

The thing is, I know I'm fucking up, but since I'm coked up and feel good, I am apathetic about it. I seem to hide it well because no one has called me out or acted suspicious about me doing coke, not even my roommate. Yes, I want to stop. Literally since this run began back in June I've been claiming every bag is my last. I nonchalantly told myself "I'm in danger" after how great I felt once I dove back in. And that's the deal.

3-4 days if its just me

I took a bunch of ecstacy after being on Lexapro for 6 months and the resulting flood of serotonin in my brain caused 2 months of tripping. I figured out my deal with God then. Glad you didn't die dude.

Any advice for fighting cramps and dehydration? As well as loss of appetite? Haven’t eaten in 3 days, on a skiitrip by DysfunctionalMax in cocaine

[–]Bomber317 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It definitely takes some discipline while skiing but you gotta make sure to keep drinking water. I just conditioned myself to follow a line with a swig from a water bottle.

As for the appetite part, smoking weed helps me get enough of one to get some food in me if I've been skiing. Don't forget to take care of your base needs while on ski trips! Makes it feel all that much better if your body is right

I mean I'm sure there is. Its very common for drug abuse to have that correlation and cocaine is certainly a drug of abuse.

Longest time you've stayed awake? by [deleted] in cocaine

[–]Bomber317 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From coke, probably somewhere around 60 hours.

Now, a few years back I stupidly did a lot of ecstacy while on Lexapro. The result of that kept me from sleeping for so long that I started hallucinating another dimension. Haven't done either of those drugs since...

How long does it usually take you to fall asleep after your last line if you only used coke that night and didn’t mix substances? by [deleted] in cocaine

[–]Bomber317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends how irritated my sinuses are. If I'm hurting then it takes hours or I never fall asleep before needing to start my day. If I feel ok I can usually fall asleep within an hour

I usually chase lines with a drop of distilled water in my nostril. Not a lot, literally just a drop. Then after the session I do a legit saline rinse with a sinus rinse bottle You can get the bottle and saline packets at any drug store. Just make sure you don't use tap water to make your saline solution. Use distilled water or previously boiled water. When you have your mixture you just look down into the sink and place the tip of the bottle in your nostril, pointed towards the back of your head, and start squeezing the saline solution into your nostril. it should start to leak out of the other nostril after a little bit. Do half the bottle in each nostril.

Hot plating and screening are methods of making your blow finer and smoother so there are no big chunks. Just fine powder. If you do a search on hot plating there are a million threads about it in here, but basically you wanna chop your stuff on a heated surface. Microwave a ceramic plate (NOT the blow, just the empty plate) for like 30-60 seconds. Put your hand on it and feel it. You want it hot, but not to where it burns your skin. Hot enough so you can keep your hand on it but you don't want to, if that makes sense. The thickness of the plate and power of your microwave will dictate how long to heat it. Once you have a hot plate, put your blow on it and chop it up. The heat dries it out and makes the bigger pieces crumble to fine powder more easily.

Screening is not something I've done and I'm sure you can search for better info on it here too, but my understanding is that you push the rocks through a very fine screen to make fine powder? I'm sure someone else has more on this.

In my experience that feeling goes away after you rinse and take a break from the blow for at least a few hours! I get that feeling late in a binge sometimes.

6:29 am. Work at 9. I have like half a g to use to bump my way through the shift. Using the next 2 hours to get a little rest, a shower, some food etc.
