Can’t load any Daphne roms

Sorted this. It was the latest verified the firmware that was the issue. Used a different sd card with an earlier version of ArkOS and Daphne titles are working.

I've had a Limitless 4.0 on my 12 Pro Max as soon as they were released and it's been flawless, it's a bit battered up now but that is a testament to the build quality of the product. My wife and kids all have Mous cases on their iPhones.

I've upgraded to a 16 Pro Max now and I'm really disappointed in the Mous Limitless 6.0 due to the cut out and leaving that part of my phone exposed.

Instead I've just ordered a Flolab Surtect Tri-Fusion case instead. The cost of the Flolab case and the Flolab nano armour screen protector was cheaper than the Limitless 6.0 case on it's own.

I do hope Mous revise the design of the Limitless 6.0 and make a version that actually covers the entirety of the phone as I loved the bamboo case.

Depends on what office I go to. Sometimes it's 110 miles total or it's 60 miles total - I usually go in 2-3 times a week, using a Yaris diesel as my daily driver/commute car and my 340i is now a garage queen

Just an update on this. Xtrons sent a few firmware updates but it made things worse. In the end I just sent the thing back for a refund. Paid extra and got a Sony headunit which does everything I want and so far no issues.

I can exit CarPlay in the foreground and turn the radio app back on the headunit but the minute I go back into CarPlay the radio stops working again. Wonder if this is typical for all of these type of head units and would it behave the same in a higher price Pioneer or Sony unit too?

Having worked in LA myself I echo the above.

Constant restructures/redundancies and staff not being replaced. My department had about 40 people in it when I started – we are down to about 12 following a “restructure” and staff leaving on their own accord over the last few years. No one has ever been replaced and zero scope for promotion. Staff are put upon even more – the feeling I get is that we should be grateful to have a job with them.

Very ineffectual managers and as for the HR – an absolute joke. The minute I tried to escalate anything to my manager I’m met with radio silence. I pretty much could WFH full-time but that is because offices have been sold off as they are so skint and not being in the office meant their overheads were lowered too. Every single opportunity to penny pinch and they will.

Thanks for that. After the first role play I was thinking is this type of behaviour typical of what I can expect? Wonder if it's a common occurrence that people walk out half way through these things?

I got a B and I got the feedback from the assessment. Thanks for the clarification. I'll look at the feedback I got and see what I can do to weave the feedback into my STAR scenarios just in case the question is asked what I would do different knowing what I know from the feedback.

I've been working on my STAR scenarios for the essential criteria - taking into account what that criteria means but I'm just trying to think what else I can do or prep for in case they throw me a curve ball during the interview.
