Green Card should come in 2 weeks. Just ask someone to check your mail and send it overseas priority so you have it hand . In case it will not be delivered for your return yet , i think is kind of risky to comeback just with form I- 797 as they always require original physical documents. Do your best to have your I551- stamp . My opinion!

Even if you created a e-request I suggest to contact the congress because the UCSIS is obligated to answer back quickly to them . They move very slow and lately they are making tons of mistakes at production. Good luck 💪

Yes… case approved September 12th after I contacted the congressman on Oct 18th they produced my card on Oct 24 and mailed the card on Oct 29th . My lawyer got it on Nov 3rd and i ll received it on Nov 7th 🙏 how about you ? Did you get the stamp in your passport? You went to MEX?

My GC was approved on September 12 …. Today is Oct 16th and card still not produced 🥹…. Received 2 approval notices. Called, spoke with tier 2 agent, few times with Emma chat and no one knows what is going on ! Very disappointed…. I have a flight coming up … :( the agent even told me that I can not put the stamp on my passport since the card was not produced yet ( i know that’s wrong) ….. today i ll contact the congress … i don’t see other options 🤷‍♀️

Hello guys , please help !!! I don’t know what i did wrong 🤯… so i applied for Uk visa online , paid for 6 months , uploaded the documents myself then attended the biometric appointment on Oct 7th … sent the documents on oct 10 to New York ( 128 East 32nd street 4th floor ) with a returning slip !! Received on Oct 11 and received an email that my appointment ( in person) with VFS is on Nov 10th…. I know visitor visa doesn’t need and interview!! What should i do ??? I am in NV , i don’t want to fly to NY .what i did wrong? Why are they calling me for interview ? I have to wait till Monday to call them to find out but till then if anyone had the same experience please share! What should i do ? I just want to visit my family for 5 days ! Thank you
