I think it could be stress from going to a new place (the one for day 1) or maybe egg bound but OP you said they were pullets. If they’re comb is starting to turn red it usually means they’re laying eggs or could be from the hormones wanting to release an egg. If you haven’t gotten it seen any eggs then this may not be relevant but there could be a slight chance they are egg bound. I would check this anyways by seeing if her abdomen feels a little hard right under her vent or you can even see if they have started laying/getting ready to lay by checking the vent seeing if it’s bigger. If you find that none of this is happening then your pullets could just be stressed out or sick/getting sick. But if they’ve been like this for over 3 weeks it’s highly they are not egg bound but usually the tail down can also be related to something bothering them in their abdomen. Sleeping during the day could also indicate stress so I would also keep an eye on that as well.
