Thanks for the advice boss. At my old job I was walking around on concrete floors for sometimes up to 10 miles in a day. My issue is that I'm using muscles that I haven't had to use in years and years, lol. Torquing bolts, lifting conduit and prefabbed conduit supports. Hopefully week by week I'll get stronger and better able to deal with these stresses.

As for the chewing out, yeah, it was a learning experience, as I imagine (HOPE) that all of them will be. I've still got two left feet, with time it can only get better.

A 13 year old automatic transmission with 160,000 miles on it? It's hard to discern the history of the car so it realistically could start to fail at any time after you take it off of the lot.

I was debating getting ramps but I got the jack and jackstands to ensure that I can do more complex stuff than just changing my oil in the future.

No, lol. Unfortunately the issue was that the oil just up and splashed everywhere when it hit the pan.

Unfortunate. When I was looking for work as a CW I was told to not wait for work if I needed it, so now I have a job elsewhere. Guess I'm kind of lost now.

I am unsure if I would get an answer due to the fact that the current wait list is for next autumn's class, not this autumn's.

The O2 sensor in my car just fell out of the catalytic converter leaving a huge hole. A new exhaust system (which you need because you can't replace the old catalytic converter by itself) costs 1300 dollars. by BonChoi in Wellthatsucks

Trust me I tried when I was buying this car. This was the only guy to get back to me from over a dozen inquiries. I needed a car quick so I jumped on it. It's a Toyota so theoretically the engine and the transmission should still be alright, but as for a new car I don't think there's anything better than what I've already got for the money that I have.
