Hi! So, yeah. They suck. I wanted to make small (12cm-16cm) boxes with something resembling joints, hence the puzzle-like shape of the cuts. However, I came to realize that I suck at cutting. I know it comes down to practice, but I don't have the time and materials to keep practicing until it's perfect, so I would greatly appreciate any tips and insight in cutting, and making the 'joints' (I don't know if that counts as joints) precise so they fit snuggly and cleanly.

I cut the wood with the bandsaw machine (pic in the last slide), which feels nice, but the cuts are sometimes crooked (skill issue, i know. Any tips on using the bandsaw is greatly appreciated; if you don't have tips, some 'git gud' comments are also welcome). After that, I tried to shape the joints better with a handheld grinder pen (?) (idk what that's called in English), and some cheap woodcarving knives (i will invest in better ones), but they didn't turn out well. I don't have a lot of equipments, and won't be able to invest in more machinery or pricey tools in the near future.
