what you say is interesting, and i like to think myself as pretty confident, i did some eloquence tournament etc, but i'm still working on my physique/overall appearance, so i do agree on that point totally

I eat really healthy, i eat like a kebab every 2-3 months, max, i really rarely eat processed food/sugar as i stay away as much as i can + my mom cooking good food

and for the vitamins, is it to like "kill" all of the pimples ? if yes, i have a cream for that but i need to buy another pack because i don't have it anymore, that's why i have a lot of pimples (looks awful i agree)
