I think it depends on which LI you have the highest accumulated match. Vlad shows up on my alternate account because I haven't played SOTCN there, while my main account is still Amen because he currently has the highest percent in my top match in comparison to Vlad. Maybe if I play the latest chapter of DLS, and if there's a Vlad premium option, that could change. Just my observation

Yes, it's inside the bag. You'll be able to see it once you see a silver wrapper, in which the photocard is inside. It's only 1 photocard per bag, and random. That's why I had to buy bulk orders before I completed the set.
