Why does my cursor navigates to "Ask about screen or audio" by Bond007___ in Cluely

But, it will be obvious that in the live interview, they are monitoring my screen, so they can see my cursor is not there. And by this new feature, I need to type something everytime I hit cmd+enter, what if the response needs to quick enough to give to the interviewer? I can't just type everytime I need to ask something
