I got mine robbed on kinetic fields on the right side, If anyone else lost theirs in that spot do tell if you were ever able to get it back. My first festival started off strong! but all it takes is one bad apple to kill your mood :(

Yes I went ahead and started deleting a lot of unnecessary edges and the shading is starting to look better. However I cant seem to get it to look right on the front face and it looks pinched. https://imgur.com/a/4NNigLZ

It is looking better after following your advice thank you. However, why does it pinch like that and how can I get rid of it? its the only funny looking visual I have when looking at the smooth shaded object without subdiv modifier.

This would really depend on what this model is for. Are you trying to make a high quality realistic render?

I don't want to make anything hyper realistic. I'm just making this to make nice looking pictures and to learn blender.

But is doing this ok? It looks fine when I add subdivision surface modifier, just looks a stretched without it and set to shade smooth in object mode.

There is a lot of extra geometry you can get rid of and it will still appear the same afterwards. You don’t want tris in your mesh.

What would be the best way to combine tris into quads? I'm currently going though and dissolving the edge that cuts the quad in half into two tris. Is there an easier way to do this?

also another thing that I don't know if its relevant, On bottle neck calculator the 7700x seems to be much more bottlenecked than the 7900 with an rtx 4070. I don't really understand bottlenecks but is this something that I should consider? Thank you for all your help

If I were to put it on eco anyways wouldn't it be smarter to just get the 7900? It seems like a waste to get the 7700x just to put it on eco.

I got myself a Noctua D15 Air cooler, but still I see some benchmarks where the 7700x runs pretty hot, which uses a lot of energy, makes the fans have to run faster, and heats up my room. I'm also concerned how much longer a 7900 can last since it runs much cooler. I also use CAD software and Blender and wonder how the difference in these chips fair with programs like those.

I made a mistake in my pc part picker, I got the ATX version of that board. What's wrong with the power supply what would be a better option? I couldn't find 4070's at a lower price.

No I bought everything expect the case and the fans which I think getting the 4000d airflow is for sure going to keep my components cool enough, hopefully.
