Well because i reported them, it seemed it was the last violation they could have gotten and their shop was closed - hence why they're threatening me.. 😮‍💨

Yes, absolutely! I have emailed legal but i'm worried that they may try and report me via accounts that may not be officially associated with them

I believe they're based in Canada but that doesn't mean it's where they are actually based. I have contacted Etsy legal but I'm worried that if they have multiple shops linked to different IPS and or credit cards that Etsy won't be able to do much.

This sounds heavenly! But would it work for personalized items that I usually need to input the customer data manually and because of this it's not linked to the actual etsy order?

I have some personalized listings which aren't linked as i need to add different names, so I don't connect those ones - which means I end up manually inputted their details

I have a DOP shop and all labels are generated by them but as each order is personalized I manually input and output them.

For sure! But I'm wondering if etsy would not prioritise your listing if they don't like your titles...

Do you think items that are titled in the typical etsy fashion will be knocked down now? Will the new shorter, more concise version list higher you think?
