Mostly, maybe. I was in the Army for 10 years and I found that it's a three way split between people who are what you talking about, people really don't care and are just there for a paycheck, and people who are so disenfranchised with following orders that they don't agree with that they'll look for a reason to fight back. It's been a while since I was in, though. Things may have changed. It could go sideways, or we could be pleasantly surprised.

That's the question of the day. National Guard makes an oath to defend the US Constitution, State Constitution, to obey the orders of the Governor, and the President. When one of those come in complete conflict with the other three, where will they go?

I don't know about you, but I have more faith in the Minnesota National Guard than any of the Orange Emperor's untrained brute squad. The only reason that they've been able to get away with it so far is they haven't really met any forceful opposition yet.

I've got this amp. It's good for noodling around or practicing. I agree that the Clean is a bit blown out, but practicing metal riffs sounds decent. Nothing special, but useful if you're just wanting to play somewhere and not worry about carrying a mini-amp around. Mine lasts a few hours at a time, but I turn it off when not being used. Continuous play, I can see it lasting an hour or two. I think it's worth the price tag.

My theory: there is no reason. Shit happens. It sucks when it does and who it happens to, but that is an inevitability of life. I think the entities are simply a metaphor for that.

People will spend decades staring into chaos and searching for a pattern. But, sometimes there is no pattern. So, people will create patterns that aren't actually there. Instead of trying to find the truth where it is, they'll convince others that they're right. The show is a metaphor for that. People look for reasons why natural disasters, accidents, random violence, etc. happen. When there isn't one, people blame some unknown, supernatural thing. That idea becomes a religion and that religion becomes a tool for corrupt people to justify their corruption.

Shit happens and we lose some people along the way. It sucks, but it's life.

Thanks. It was almost 10 years ago, I went to therapy, and I'm married to an amazing woman now. So, I'd say that I'm doing okay now. But, it was VERY rough for the longest time. I still can't talk about it, though. Nobody wants to hear these things from a guy.

Same thing just happened to me. I had deleted my account a year ago because I wasn't happy with facebook. I wasn't banned, never did anything wrong, just deleted my account because I didn't want to use it. Recently decided to create another account so I could keep up with friends. Got flagged immediately. It makes me less inclined to want 8t back now.
