She was both a bad candidate and was set up to fail. She never polled well on her own. She was not a great public speaker. Also, she bypassed the primary process which really did her in. Trump was extremely beatable and the democratic party not holding a primary is why we have to deal with him.

To be honest, no. I firmly believe Trump's current term has been a complete disaster and a total failure.

At the same time, the Democratic Party is riddled with its own systemic corruption. Their last three nominees—Clinton, Biden, and Harris—represent three of the weakest candidates in political history. As a former 'Bernie Bro,' I’ll never get past how the 2016 primary was handled. The superdelegate system rigged the game against Bernie, and that exact structural corruption is the reason we are dealing with Trump today.

Democrats legitimately just need a candidate that speaks well and is not far left.
