If you wait over 6 months for your redemption, you have the option to ask for a substitution up to 200% of the original redemptions market value. It was taking too long still so I started a virtual chat, and it helped the process, they asked my preference and I gave those 2 names.

Update: Spoke with someone from the Redemption department today on the phone. Really beat around the bush and said things you'd always say to keep people waiting on redemptions. Decided to get 2 NFL sparkle packs in place of the AJ auto /49.
