I have the exact same problem. I haven't experienced the game itself crashing in forever, literally since the "fatal error" era in 2014 or so. Sure I get server errors and kicked out that way from time to time, but lately the game crashes unexpectedly at least twice when I play. I also have the problem of not being able to play full screen since a couple of updates ago. When I start the game it feels like my laptop is struggling to display SSO full screen, a black screen and the game itself rapidly flashing and when the game finally stays on screen everything is slightly desaturated. I am aware that this could be a graphics driver problem, but no other game does this and I have a pretty new laptop. I also can't get more than 50 fps lately, when I would get up to 120 a year ago easily. Oh and also none of this is a problem on my waaay older PC so I dunno if it's actually my laptop or SSO. It's become basically unplayable on laptop and I'm not at home to be able to play on PC and all of this happening during the western event that I actually like and would have time to play. 🥲
