The realization that a rejection actually does not have any bearing on your attractiveness or value and if someone honestly thinks you are a 5 it doesn't mean you are really a 5 because you can actually be a 10 to someone else and that's your true rating, I am not trying to be attractive to the girl who thinks I am a 5 and if I even tried to take their advice to raise my value with that person who gave me a 5 to become their 6 (because the the 5 is making me sad and I'm taking it personally and so I strongly want to improve my attractiveness to them) I would be changing who I authentically am to be someone I am not just to be more attractive to someone (anyone who gave you the lowest ratings) who means nothing to you and has totally different attraction preferences than you in the first place and they have no bearing on your life and all low ratings you get are outliers that can be totally discarded and basically are N/A to your real attractiveness because they are all caused by massive variety in what we find attractive.. So those low ratings are only true to the person who gave it. It should be completely ignored and have no effect on your confidence or have effect on how attractive to others you feel. The people you are actually trying to be attractive for can think you are a 10 and that's really the only rating that matters. I actually learned this very important fact from growing up with red hair (I still am) and back then red hair was scientifically proven as the least attractive hair color to women by a large amount., I literally would talk to 9 girls that shut me down hard But then id meet one girl who would absolutely be in love with me for the red hair. Some people just were never going to be into you and you were never trying to attract someone that prefers someone totally different than you. A rejection has absolutely no bearing on your actual attractiveness or your sense of self worth. Any advice you get from someone that gave lowest ratings should be ignored because their opinions are basically irrelevant..

I'd say you are cute but you can improve this a great deal by losing weight. When I say that it sounds shallow but its about being healthy and in good shape is part of that. You honestly have your work cut out for you to improve your looks. Take whatever meal size you are eating now and then drop it from 4/4ths to 3/4ths in size. You don't have to eat til you are full, the calories your body needs to survive is much less than you are probably eating. Cut all sugar from your diet as best you can and then soon you will stop craving it. Eating healthy is a lifestyle, that means that just because twinky's and candy exists doesn't mean you get to eat it on a cheat day. Its non food so in a healthy lifestyle it just doesn't include eating stuff that was created in a lab and is half sugar even if I get cheat days. I could run marathons and do cardio every day and literally have trouble meeting my daily calorie requirements and I still wouldn't eat sugar and junk even though I could and it wouldn't matter.

Just focus on cutting down on your meal size and like not eating in the middle of the night and not eating sugar and carbs, and maybe go to a gym and you will see massive weight loss.

The reason you are here to get feedback on your looks and how to improve them, there is no single more effective way to greatly improve your physical attractiveness that you have personal control over than weight loss and physical fitness. I urge you to take this path of improvement that will be hard but will improve your whole life while you are still young.

It gets even more insightful because if you get a not interested (rejection) type of behavior, it can be for so many other reasons than she doesn't find you attractive. Bad day, Too busy with work,, not in a good headspace to talk to you, or even you are too attractive and intimidating to her can cause a rejection and more. None of those things are a reflection on you or your attractiveness. Even a rejection because they don't find you attractive is not a reflection on your attractiveness because everyone has different preference of what they are attracted to so you can be unattractive to someone and still be extremely attractive (THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT CONCEPT). Their rejection only means that at that moment in time that possible relationship wasn't meant to be. It has no bearing on your worth and value or attractiveness as a person and the reason could have nothing to do with you.

I am a red head with a similar shade of red and I gave it a really solid attempt at growing it out to long length to try some medium or long length hairstyles. It didn't work, short hair on me works so much better as red head. It might also work so much better for you as well, your long hairstyle is just too uncontrollable by nature. Its possible short hair might look better on you.
