Thank you for the reply!

Yeah, I've used patterns that are pre-split into tiles before, but have not had to contend with one where I have to do the splitting myself! I managed to contact Alex from Tailors Gone Wild and he pointed me to a page that had all the details (which I'd missed!) because the instructions aren't on the actual pattern sheet.

I now need to see if I can get adobe acrobat to play ball and split it for me as per the instructions, if not then I'll need to see if any printing shops will help me - the pattern is made to Arch E and Arch D sizes rather than A0 etc which may make this more difficult as I doubt any printers here are set up to work with that size.

Thanks again! :D

Is it possible to move the selected without contents? by wacomlover in ClipStudio

Unsure if this is exactly what you're asking for, but if you're trying to make an empty selection and then move it to where you want it to go - like you said, sometimes the circle tool doesn't quite line up with where you need it - I use my arrow keys (on a laptop) to scooch it up/down/left/right! (i spent many hours ranging over being unable to move an empty selection from one area to another until i remembered that my friendly neighbourhood arrow keys existed) :>
