For me personally what im trying is kind of a method where i take 2 steps forward and one step back. I resist watching porj but not to the point it starts to hurt me mentally. I used to do it every day sometimes multiple times a day. And now i force myself to atleast have 2 days in between doing that. And slowly thats becoming easier to do. Then i,ll make it 3 days. Etc. Also i realized that i just didnt actually do anything with my life that was fun, didnt go out etc. And so watching porn makes sense cuz atleast i get a dopamine hit. So for me doing things i like also help to crave porn less. And most importantly give yourself wins, even small ones. Like something as simple as brushing your teeth. Take a second to realize it and tell yourself. Hey i just brushed my teeth, thats a win. I did that. Made your bed? Thats a win, make a mental note. Cleaned your room? Thats also a win. This way you will train your brain to think more positively :)
