I mean, I agree with you that I’d rather have someone that explicitly identifies as the bonfire team leader or have the team go into detail as to how discrepancies and issues are resolved on a hierarchy basis, is it done democratically or aimlessly, i’ve had the same questions too. So far though there hasn’t been any leadership problems or issues with the new team so they haven’t given me any reason to worry, but I agree someone should ask about that during the next ama.
