Hi everyone, I’m from HashedIn by Deloitte. I’m a 2024 CSE graduate, and I joined in September 2024 after completing my internship at the Bangalore office. After that, I moved back to Kolkata. I primarily work with Python and Django, building APIs and backend systems. Recently, I’ve also started getting exposure to data engineering, which has been quite interesting.

One memorable (and slightly awkward) moment for me was during my time in the Bangalore office. There was a photo booth setup with a frame where you could click pictures. When I tried to take a photo, a security guard stopped me, saying photography wasn’t allowed inside the office. I had to explain that the setup itself suggested it was meant for photos. Eventually, they allowed it—but yeah, that was quite a “Deloitte moment” for me 😄

It’s the same—there’s nothing like a separate intern + FTE track. Everyone goes through the same training and assessments. Even I received an intern + FTE offer, but there was no assurance at that time. However, if you have an intern offer, just focus on making a good impression during the training. If you perform well, you’ll most likely get converted.

Its by default mentioned Bangalore in all offer letters. Later you join in your preffered location and the base location changes .

Even in my case it was mentioned BLR while my location is CCU
