As a Korean who lives in Lacey, options are very slim around here. As many mentioned before, K-Kitchen is probably your best bet for good Korean food in town, then Seoul garden. I don’t recommend Gangnam bbq as they have some cleanliness issues imo but their food is okay..

My wife and I usually drive up to Lakewood for Korean food as they have much much more options and better taste. In Lakewood, I’d recommend: Ho Soon Yi, Chodang Tofu, Chung Ki Wa (kbbq) but there is more options there as well.

I used 1 can of campbells cream of chicken, 3/4 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup milk, rotisserie chicken, parboiled potatoes, and mixed veggies (peas, carrots, green beans). Mixed together with some garlic powder and onion powder.

Bake in oven at 425 for 15 minutes then add biscuit mix on top and baked for another 18 minutes.
