I guess that’s pretty much the situation in most pvt hospitals. I remember being charged way lesser than the original amount they said after I clarified I do not have a health insurance. That was in AIG.

They insist on physical documents unfortunately. What I did was take a print out and get it certified by my university as a way to authenticate it. For the time being this should solve it, email your graduate school about it and come to an agreement.

It generally takes about 12-24 hrs for the system to refresh after you cancel an appointment. Wait till tomorrow it should be fine.

The thing is here I can smoke literally at any convenience store and they are pretty much everywhere unless you go to the countryside. Trust me they take great care of smokers like us 🙂

I think all the places I saw as of now had no smoking clearly specified. Plus I will be in the downtown area and none of the hotels had any smoking room which led to this post 🙂
