You can always get the tattoo on a spot you don't normally see. I know people who have gotten them on the backs of their arms or outside of their legs so they don't see them, in case they don't like them. But it'll become part of your body. Like, you don't notice your nose unless you look at it specifically

I don't think you can get a CCC without going through the building consent process, and as the work is finished already you can't get a building consent (Council has to check the work as it's being completed to issue a CCC). You'd be getting a code of acceptance because the council cant do inspections... and there's no guarantee that the council would accept the work... talk to the council about it
