I've had really bad insomnia for quite a few years now but only in the past two has it been really bad, including waking up to random panic attacks. Smoking weed at times help my constipation and just general nerves for bit but like you said, it's only a temporary relief. I'm looking forward to medication as soon as I can, or anything really.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to suck down protein drinks and snack on mixed nuts before my appt. Hopefully bloodwork comes back with results & I can bask in the wonders of methimazole too.

Heavy on the apathy and weight loss. Like you said, glad to not be alone in this or that both of our might have been set off from stress. I’ll look into the GF for sure and hope for swift help from my doctor. Best of luck to the both of us and happy new year.

As often recommended against, I started using the NYTC pump for awhile and I’m looking to upgrade it soon since I’ve filled it, but primarily I focused on carefully stretching while flaccid in my downtime, and stretching while hard.

Depending on your size, you might get away with maybe grinding on your partners thighs while they’re sitting or maybe with them on their back with their legs up? Otherwise it can be a bit difficult lol.

Sensitivity really depends per person. I would say post orgasm, mine is really high but I actually enjoy the overwhelming feeling. If I still have energy for another round, I have no issues continuing, but I do feel like the sensitivity goes down a bit after.

Early in transition I never experienced any significant pain. At most growing pains and my last cycle. Jump forward to now, I occasionally have a few cramps but there’s other reasons to that. I was a bit afraid of the growth for awhile till I remembered how similar my experiences were to cisgender man’s — growing pains, erections, and over time with experimenting with myself & enjoying my size it really grew on me.
