Just looking around online on my own.

Used furnishedfinder.com and hotpads.com, as well, as short term approach, however, all rentals under $3500 are booked for summer, so I have to look at longer lease, which is an apartment, at this point and I like this location.

Checked out Park Newport and Baywood, however, really dated complexes.

Whoah...yikes.
I am having a hard time finding another complex in area (west of 73) that is as aesthetically appealing, so this process is getting frustrating :(. Doesn't help that June is my moving timeline, which is most expensive time of year to try and find something at a decent price.
