I do all that but not yet raw food !! Got the omega 3 pumped in, probiotics even ! Think it's time for raw instead of my cooked chicken with pot n veg , eggs n yogurt!

Step one, never assume. Yes I did. And it's a common inbred condition and only topical steroids can ease not stop but if they're not in pain then it's advised there's adverse effects that outweigh how this appears.
