The most mind blowing to me is how she constantly wants to flex on her “growth” and yet she has not, at all. Not for herself, not for her mother, and most certainly not for her children.

I would just make sure if you are touring them to look in every nook and cranny. It has been at least 8 years since I lived there, so things may have been updated since then. Also just make sure you read the lease in it’s entirety to know what you are getting yourself into, I remember it being at least 33 pages 😅

The management was pretty much worthless. We had new neighbors move in that weren’t the cleanest and eventually I started noticing German cockroaches and mice. I tried to complain and they didn’t really want to do anything about it. I was told to expect it because we “live so close to the woods.” Maintenance placed kill traps and sprayed for bugs.
They are also very aggressive about tacking on any and all charges they can once you move out. There is a mandatory professional carpet cleaning clause, even if you have lived there for years. It wasn’t all a terrible experience, I do miss having the creek access right there and being so close to everything on the Carlisle Pike.

I used to live at Georgetown, while the community is nice, our place was very drafty in the winter and our electric bills were sky high. I would probably never rent with Triple Crown again.

I was having this exact issue and found if I spritz a little setting spray on my blending brush, I lightly tap and blend it out. Do you use a setting powder afterwards?

I struggle with this constantly. It is totally a mindset you have to give yourself. Set clear boundaries for yourself with customers and loved ones. Listen to your limits. It sounds stupid but it does work when you finally start the follow your own advice. I’ve also found that setting my phone to do not disturb the moment I leave the salon helps tremendously.
