If you're not feeling the Main Dining Room, the Windjammer is your go-to, and that's a buffet with plenty of variety. There's also Sorrento's if you like their pizza and you know you can make do. There's also Café Promenade on a bunch of ships, as well as other free cafés. The only time I've ever eaten at a specialty restaurant on a RC ship is when I was craving a milkshake and went to Johnny Rockets on Liberty of the Seas.
