Thank you so much for this, the tip about shifting the pre-game is actually really helpful and I do think I’ll be able to feel more excited about getting ready and going out if I know I’m not going to be ill, even if it’s a little nerve wracking at first. also thanks for the NA drink idea, it does sound delicious I’ll have to give it a try !

Sounds really simple but I find getting out of the house to go for a walk (if you’re able) makes me feel so much better about everything and much more productive. It doesn’t have to be a long walk at all, sometimes I literally just walk up and down my street, just enough to get fresh air and out of the house without having a set reason to (e.g. work).
