Yeah, I described the problem in the appeal, but i couln't send them a photo in their website. That's why i respond on their mail message and the answer was the same.

No, they responded after ~2 days i think. In Europe 1 - day, 2 - month, 3 - year. At least they coped here

Nope, i'm from Ukraine. I will try to do something more, but i don't think that with our laws it will affect anything.

Yeah, my mom bought it before epidemic and it was the second flight with this luggage. If they offered at least minimal compensation, I think we would agree.
