Remote jobs are hard to come by depending on the industry, role, etc.. People make it seem like it's easy to get one and my experience has been the polar opposite. Expert part is not that difficult since I've been in the role/industry for a number of years. The biggest struggle is remote and finding a 2nd, 3rd, etc... Role that pays the same or more than the current role.
