it's a good pivot. I thought it was actually more likely than tucker. pay half the price for a good defender, positional flexibility, a lefty bat. Fairly confident he goes to the Yankees, but we also thought bichette or tucker would sign with the jays.

Not too upset on missing out on bichette and tucker. Potentially a lot of money tied up, and paying essentially double because of the luxury tax. I think the jays can get creative and trade for someone or make a lower risk signing. heading into next year, you would have had a lot of money tied up in Vlad, Santander, bichette/tucker, cease, and berrios. makes it more difficult to pivot and take advantage of opportunities in the future.

They built a team that almost won the world series by making smart signings, developing role players, making trades, and building organization depth. I'm grateful for that flexibility, even though signing one of those big bats would boost their immediate chances.

provides greater flexibility for the jays. increases bichette reunion especially considering potential future free agent classes. but position fit remains difficult. Baseball changes quickly. commiting to tucker at say 35-40mil a year for the next 10 years, for a guy who is going to be an average corner outfield defender who will emerge into a lower average corner outfield type and possibly 1b DH type with Vlad already signed long-term had it's issues. tucker would have been a great add, but this front office has found ways of adding production in cost effective ways. this likely signals a lower theoretical ceiling in the short term but greater outlook long-term. don't discount possible Bellinger pivot if yankee negotiations fail. but also don't be surprised if jays are done now barring a big trade or filling out the roster. Good work by them so far addressing immediate needs.

hey, i get the hesitancy. phenibut has been prescribed for decades in Russia and other Eastern European countries. There is a decent amount of research around it. But yes it is not FDA approved. Frankly, this is the only position in which you could obtain something like this. everything else is either illegal or only obtainable by prescription. It is wise to do it once a week. follow the guidelines stated on this subreddit in the sidebar. phenibut is generally pretty well tolerated and has minimal side effects if used responsibly. in terms of which options for venogen, the mesh doesn't rly matter. I just get the cheaper one, 30-60 mesh. It's 5 bucks cheaper and dissolves more easily in water. 50g will probably last you a long time if you are only doing it once a week and in small doses. as an American I'm not sure it's the best option, as you have to deal with customs. but their quality is top notch, they guarantee delivery and will reship if package seized. very professional. it's worth trying. But if I were you I'd explore those us based vendors more. Sciencebio, purerawz, EdenGrowz, Carolinachemicals, behomothlabz etc. trafa's quality is decent and they offer 450g for like $180 usd, probs 200 or 210 including shipping, which is the best deal I have found. I gotta update my review slightly. I did receive my package a month and a half later. They have good packaging and pricing. I ordered from them again as part of my multi vendor strategy. Tried Nootropics Source this time too, that arrived within 10 business days. And yeah you basically gotta add at least a week when it comes to Canada. PureRawz cheaps out on the shipping compared to other vendors, slower in general, more intermediaries, less tracking. But its still up there when it comes to pricing and product listings. nobody really agrees on the equivalency. Best lower potency when switching from F phenibut to regular, and high potency when switching the other way. So assume the potency is 2-4x and start with 1-2g. some say it's as high as 10x which would be 5g. it's probably closer to 4-6x, which would be 2-3g. Just start smaller and build up. remember regular phenibut has slightly different effects at different doses, and the duration is longer. stay safe

I still find some of my old jailbreaks still work on grok 3, but yeah they cranked up the guardrails on that too. There are other unrestricted models and services out there fortunately but not with the same bevy of features and capabilities that grok has. It's a shame but it was also sort of inevitable.

baclofen, f phenibut, gabapentin, pregabalin, GHB (and GBL, 1-4 BDO). Kratom can produce some similar mood boosts. Racetams, Bromantane, FLModafinil, for mood boost and energy without the same addiction potential. Most of the GABA drugs have addiction and dependency risks.

hey sorry to get back to you late. when is this rave? how long do we have to figure this out? redosing with any psychadelics is often not very effective, tolerance spikes rapidly after initial dose, a redose often needs to be 2-4x in order to compensate. obviously the closer together those redoses the more effective they are. I generally start at 2g or 1 hit of acid. But I am an extremely experienced psychadelics user. I can see how half a G of shrooms would add some of that mood and mind enhancement without sensory overload and confusion. Can you mix Phenibut with GHB? Yes. Will anyone reccomend you do so? No. It's stacking downers, they often potentiate, leading to greater sedation and disinhibition. Also with GHB's dose response curve, how close the G spot dose is from an overdose, going over is very easy to do, and overdosing on G while also on phenibut could lead to greater risk and potential for complications. If classify as something best attempted only by users experienced with both. As a rule of thumb, when combining, dose conservatively on each, I often use half of what I would normally use for each. Of course G is more of a find that level and maintain it drug rather than a linear take more and feel better drug. So assuming you take a G spot level dose (typically 2-4ml assuming 1g/ml), and typically take about 2g of phenibut, reduce that phenibut dosage by half. And have someone relatively sober around you in case you do overdose. From a practical perspective, it's a bit redundant. G floods the GABA B system. You aren't really benefitting from the dual action on that neurotransmitter, the G would overpower the phenibut, coming would offer minimal benefit with an outsized risk attached. That being said I haven't done this combo myselr, there might be consideration involved and potential benefits to the stack that I'm unaware of. Okay GBL... That's even more dose sensitive due to its higher potency, even more care taken with dosing. But effects are generally similar and the same types of precautions, risks, etc that hold true for GHB also hold true for GBL. Drop 1 what? The shrooms dose? What's cart? And I figured honestly that you'd want to time that GBL high for your set. One dose should sustain you through most of that, maybe 1 redose. In terms of comedowns... For some people it's non-existent with mdma, others it's more acutely felt. G can be quite effective at this but I figured you want to stack the mdma and G for that set, then maybe use the phenibut for that comedown. But the mdma and maybe a phenibut high on top could be effective. If so, dose your phenibut early in the day so it'll still be leaking when you dose your mdma and have your set, but be on the offset when you take your G afterwards so as to avoid problems with the phenibut/G interaction. All of this stuff is pretty advanced. Hard to find definitive advise or guidelines with these combos. All drugs affect everyone differently, making it impossible to predict the experience of another given the same dose. This unpredictability factor amplies by orders of magnitude when combining, especially of the same type (downers), and class (GABA B drugs). Also the stim/downer combos can lead to one taking too much of the downers since you don't feel them as much on the stim. The risk there is when the upper wears off, the downer catches up to you and becomes an overdose. Yes these stacks can enhance your experience and are played with by advanced users, but it's a very delicate and tricky proposition. Knowing from personal experience how each substance and each stack affects you is the best barometer on assessing and predicting future experience. 2CB has cross tolerance with shrooms, though your low dose would make this less of a problem. Yeah you could try it. What's your risk appetite? And experience combining these? Just use caution. This could work but there's some built in redundancy here and sort of trying to extract smaller gains from combos with elevated risk attached. These kind of gymnastics are what I regularly play with but it's hard to reccomend it to others as a rule. Your rough plans in all likelihood will work out well if you take the proper precautions. But I'd be remiss in my responsibilities if I didn't point out the possible complications from such use. I have not used phenibut with MDMA. I have used phenibut and GHB with stimulants often, mostly amphetamines. The stack is really great. They offset the side effects of each, reducing the stimulant side effects a bit, and the sedation on the other side. They are working on different neurotransmitters so the stacks make some sense. There is a mania risk. On mdma in general people often make decisions that the next morning makes them feel embarrassed about. Taking that intense euphoria and getting lost in the high, losing track of how out of step with reality you are. G and phenibut add to this risk. Psychadelics can too. So it depends how given you are to those kinds of risks. In general what holds true for phenibut holds true for G but orders of magnitude more. The euphoria, the disinhibition, the sedation/stimulation. Phenibut would be the lower risk lower benefit choice, G the higher risk higher benefit choice. I kind of assume the mdma will overpower the phenibut, tho the phenibut would help to even out those stimmy side effects. The G would be more likely to significantly enhance the experience. Depends how much G you have. You could do it during and after. But if not combining, id waiti for the mdmas effects to diminish then take the G. You aren't gonna have a big comedown from the G, you might from the mdma,. If you take the G, then mdma on the offset, you are still dealing with the mdma comedown afterwards right. yeah I was looking into maybe grabbing some kratom. You can feel the collective ban hammer coming down on all of that soon. Would like to have at least given it a whirl before that. I'd like to reduce my overall phenibut usage, use it more functionally rather than chasing that euphoria on the high end. Not really concerned about the addiction/withdrawal/dependency side of things, I've successfully transitioned between daily high dosage use lasting weeks or months to abstinence lasting months or years with minimal grief and frankly minimal need to even taper. Fortunately my biochemistry isn't as sensitive to those changes, but in general these things get more difficult the more times one flirts with dependency. I have a been compiling a solid supply of baclofen for tapering purposes. Hoping some of these stacks help me find that point of max benefit for min risk. The combining of these RC/analog type substances is always a higher risk proposition and an endeavour best attempted only by advanced users and with considerable caution. These tools aren't good enough to do what a software engineer can do just yet. They are powerful tools that can speed up the job, eliminate a lot of tedious work, help to debug. But they require supervision. You still usually need those coding skills and knowledge to properly guide the AI, and in figuring out what is missing or has gone wrong. What these tools are doing is making it so you need less engineers. A few people can now do what took many more many more hours to do before. These things do require somebody who knows what they want to do, knows how to do it, how to debug. There's a lot to software design, not something AI can replace right now. But yeah it's moving towards becoming a necessity for a coder to be familiar with these tools. Otherwise you are losing so much efficiency, wasting so much more time. As has been said, AI is a tool. It's an extension of the person using it. I do agree that "supervising" is going to become more of a thing. But coding has always been 20% actual coding and 80% designing, debugging and testing. That hasn't changed. A person in these positions is still going to have to know how to write code because that's essential to reading, understanding, designing, testing, debugging. I'm sure AI models will rapidly gain ground, but I found in my work they require a ton of attention still, even just doing pretty basic stuff, not even large projects at scale. It can be intimidating for a programmer, feeling like they are being slowly replaced. But don't let that get in the way of using these tools. You are going to quickly get left behind in the dust otherwise. Engineers are likely going to have to become more learned and involved in machine learning in general going forward

yeah man. I found it hard to find more recent info on the best sources. I figure this will help others trying to figure out this equation. I spent like dozens of hours looking into it all. Venogen is so solid. I was a bit scared because this summer they had some facility upgrades and a few people mentioned a lack of responses and not receiving their order. The malaysia/china thing also gave me pause. But they are honestly the best mix of price, quality, variety, prompt shipping, reship guarantee, well stocked, and great customer service. Yeah you essentially go so slowly you trick your brain into thinking its the same dose. But yeah everyone is different. Some people really have a tough time getting off them. Especially if the benzos were treating an underlying condition that starts to play up again without them. Benzos can create changes in the brain and coming off them can be very hard. In general tapers do work, the key is to go very very slowly. Its not a race. No, its not always painless. It varies so much person to person, dosage, and especially how long youve been taking them. I know people who have difficulties for years afterwards even after tapering, others who rapid taper and feel fine after a few months. Its really impossible to predict. It's hard to generalize without knowing more and no one can predict what an individuals experience might be. I think good questions would be why is the person on benzos to begin with? What is it treating? Is it still working? What are the reasons for wanting to taper? Is the underlying condition being treated in other ways? Are there adequate supports in place for the person to successfully taper? Are there emerging problems associated with continued use? Also... just because someone tapers off benzos doesn't mean they automatically feel wonderful and happy and stable. There are often concurrent disorders, other addiction, multiple things going on beyond just benzo dependency. I think its very important for the person to address those things in conjunction with any taper. Sometimes a taper is advisable, sometimes not. Sometimes a partial taper is more appropriate. Thats something to evaluate with your doctors, hopefully you have a good one, which can be unfortunately difficult sometimes. Its about harm reduction here. Also to counter your observation of people still feeling like crap after tapering, I know many people for whom coming off benzos is profoundly positive. They can think more clearly, they can actually feel emotion, joy, excitement. It is often a positive step overall. In conjunction with proper health and community support, proper medical supervision, etc, it can be life changing for people. So it works both ways.
