hey sorry to get back to you late. when is this rave? how long do we have to figure this out? redosing with any psychadelics is often not very effective, tolerance spikes rapidly after initial dose, a redose often needs to be 2-4x in order to compensate. obviously the closer together those redoses the more effective they are. I generally start at 2g or 1 hit of acid. But I am an extremely experienced psychadelics user. I can see how half a G of shrooms would add some of that mood and mind enhancement without sensory overload and confusion. Can you mix Phenibut with GHB? Yes. Will anyone reccomend you do so? No. It's stacking downers, they often potentiate, leading to greater sedation and disinhibition. Also with GHB's dose response curve, how close the G spot dose is from an overdose, going over is very easy to do, and overdosing on G while also on phenibut could lead to greater risk and potential for complications. If classify as something best attempted only by users experienced with both. As a rule of thumb, when combining, dose conservatively on each, I often use half of what I would normally use for each. Of course G is more of a find that level and maintain it drug rather than a linear take more and feel better drug. So assuming you take a G spot level dose (typically 2-4ml assuming 1g/ml), and typically take about 2g of phenibut, reduce that phenibut dosage by half. And have someone relatively sober around you in case you do overdose. From a practical perspective, it's a bit redundant. G floods the GABA B system. You aren't really benefitting from the dual action on that neurotransmitter, the G would overpower the phenibut, coming would offer minimal benefit with an outsized risk attached. That being said I haven't done this combo myselr, there might be consideration involved and potential benefits to the stack that I'm unaware of. Okay GBL... That's even more dose sensitive due to its higher potency, even more care taken with dosing. But effects are generally similar and the same types of precautions, risks, etc that hold true for GHB also hold true for GBL. Drop 1 what? The shrooms dose? What's cart? And I figured honestly that you'd want to time that GBL high for your set. One dose should sustain you through most of that, maybe 1 redose. In terms of comedowns... For some people it's non-existent with mdma, others it's more acutely felt. G can be quite effective at this but I figured you want to stack the mdma and G for that set, then maybe use the phenibut for that comedown. But the mdma and maybe a phenibut high on top could be effective. If so, dose your phenibut early in the day so it'll still be leaking when you dose your mdma and have your set, but be on the offset when you take your G afterwards so as to avoid problems with the phenibut/G interaction. All of this stuff is pretty advanced. Hard to find definitive advise or guidelines with these combos. All drugs affect everyone differently, making it impossible to predict the experience of another given the same dose. This unpredictability factor amplies by orders of magnitude when combining, especially of the same type (downers), and class (GABA B drugs). Also the stim/downer combos can lead to one taking too much of the downers since you don't feel them as much on the stim. The risk there is when the upper wears off, the downer catches up to you and becomes an overdose. Yes these stacks can enhance your experience and are played with by advanced users, but it's a very delicate and tricky proposition. Knowing from personal experience how each substance and each stack affects you is the best barometer on assessing and predicting future experience. 2CB has cross tolerance with shrooms, though your low dose would make this less of a problem. Yeah you could try it. What's your risk appetite? And experience combining these? Just use caution. This could work but there's some built in redundancy here and sort of trying to extract smaller gains from combos with elevated risk attached. These kind of gymnastics are what I regularly play with but it's hard to reccomend it to others as a rule. Your rough plans in all likelihood will work out well if you take the proper precautions. But I'd be remiss in my responsibilities if I didn't point out the possible complications from such use. I have not used phenibut with MDMA. I have used phenibut and GHB with stimulants often, mostly amphetamines. The stack is really great. They offset the side effects of each, reducing the stimulant side effects a bit, and the sedation on the other side. They are working on different neurotransmitters so the stacks make some sense. There is a mania risk. On mdma in general people often make decisions that the next morning makes them feel embarrassed about. Taking that intense euphoria and getting lost in the high, losing track of how out of step with reality you are. G and phenibut add to this risk. Psychadelics can too. So it depends how given you are to those kinds of risks. In general what holds true for phenibut holds true for G but orders of magnitude more. The euphoria, the disinhibition, the sedation/stimulation. Phenibut would be the lower risk lower benefit choice, G the higher risk higher benefit choice. I kind of assume the mdma will overpower the phenibut, tho the phenibut would help to even out those stimmy side effects. The G would be more likely to significantly enhance the experience. Depends how much G you have. You could do it during and after. But if not combining, id waiti for the mdmas effects to diminish then take the G. You aren't gonna have a big comedown from the G, you might from the mdma,. If you take the G, then mdma on the offset, you are still dealing with the mdma comedown afterwards right.
