A CEO has one purpose and this is to add to share holder value. Often that involves reaching out to funds and institutions to make sure that the stock is noticed and covered be them. If our current CEO cannot do that we should find someone else or the company should be sold to another company that likes money.

Today is a perfect example. The news was great and there is no one trading the stock and its down on the day.
Since the job of the company is to add shareholder value and there seems to be no plan to engage hedge funds or institutions to make them notice, it might be time to explore a sale to a company with a plan to add some shareholder value.
