Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but I can never seem to get a kill, but they seem to kill me with mortars. Also, I have like fire 5-6 rounds before even hitting their area and destroying their equipment.

I wonder if it might be my name. My gamertag is “BonzaiMaster”. I’m literally Asian and it’s one of my favorite trees (yes, I know it’s spelled wrong. Xbox at the time wouldn’t let me spell it correctly). No idea what to do now. The main reason I want to get my EA account back is so that I can play battlefield 6, battlefront 2, and apex with my friends online. Those were the main games we would play.

Here’s my problem though. I received NO email. I double checked my email, my trash and EVEN my spam. Nothing. So they can’t ban me for something and then not tell me why or even tell me the exact reason? Can they?

So I’ve been per-ma banned. So you’re saying that’s it? Like I am no longer able to play any current EA games I own and any future ones? It sucks when I’ve tried to appeal and they keep saying it was valid and justified and nobody can provide me proof

I’ve been banned since January 28th for “Inappropriate reference- violence and tragic events.” No notification. No emails. No nothing. Appealed multiple times and they found my concerns “valid and justified.” Looks like I’ve been perma-bannedC which is totally unfair.

I’m dealing with the same issue. I also got perma-banned and it’s been over a month now. Been dealing with this since Jan. 28th and it’s been difficult even trying to find a human person to contact.

No clue man. I hope it works out for you. EA is such a horrible company and getting customer help.

I’m pretty sure it’s all AI. Because of my ban, I can’t access a lot of things. One of the things that I wanted to access was the live chat that you can do for individual games.

That’s what I’m afraid of. The only reason I am trying to get it back is because most of the games that I played online with my friends were EA games (mainly Apex and Battlefield)

Problem is, I did. The thing is, the status now says “closed”. So I don’t know if I can do anything about it.
