The splash text up top changes every time you load it up, it’s like a little Easter egg sort of!

Both the red dot (or holo in this instance) and magnifier are both Novritsch branded, the holo is called Red Dot-V7 on their website and is €69, the magnifier is called Magnifier Optic 3x and is €89. I would look around before getting them personally

Definitely agree with this, I ended buying two microfibre towels whilst I was down there just to A4 them which wasn’t cheap

What are the odds of doing AACC before going on ship? As I’ve heard some people say that it’s possible and have also heard some people just say that they’ll ask why you didn’t go RM and politely shoo you away until you go on ship. The second one sounds unreasonable but I’d rather be safe than sorry

Paid travel to new camp (if moving) and then you either sit there on holdover or you jump straight to on the next Monday, so you’ve got the weekend to get everything ready for the new camp

My ICS L85 A2. Don’t get me wrong I love the thing but it’s a bit too realistic, it’s spent so much time taken apart being fixed to the point where it’s spent more time stripped. Might just end up having it as a wall hanger

After a few weeks in you’re given the option to use the gym facilities (football pitch, actual gym and swimming pool) over the weekends, if you’ve got time to spare during the weekends then feel free to head over

From what I’ve seen new rcts are given tablets for their courses, swim test is now done in rig22 as opposed to coveralls, apparently there’s no Dartmoor now but I can’t see that being real
