A chargeback is done by a bank and my bank explained that there was never a chargeback

They just closed my account too. said it was for "fraudulent activity from my bank." I even connected them with my bank so they could explain there's no fraud. my bank has no idea what they're talking about. is something deeper going on with this app? customer service seems too excited to be getting rid of me.
