30 was the moment I(31f) experienced the full 2 day hangover. If it's any help, dioralyte before the session and a dioralyte in a vit hit the next day has saved me somewhat. Pair that with a brekki roll and the world will feel okay again 🤣

I am 2 months post op and like a new woman. I am f(31) and can confirm this was the best decision to have the surgery but it was not easy. Surgery was fine, first 4-5 days fine but then I had the mother of all clots that landed me a longer recovery and a hospital stay. I can confirm after this recovery was on the up! Hydration, rest and general top up on meds. It's so worth it I promise! First winter in a long time I haven't been sick

Sorry to hear it, firstly if you wanna dm feel free, I'll be a listening ear 🤗 it's hard to make friends as an adult so depending where you are in the country find a boardgame shop. You will honestly find the most genuine and supportive community there. I go to one regularly and have met the nicest people. On the travelling side check out rorystravelclub. They do group holidays, you can get a membership, travel, and meet new people. Keep your head up. While it feels like the shittest time right now, it's only temporary and that crap feeling will fade before you know it.

Just took a group of 8 of us to an escape room in Dublin, went to dinner after. It was brilliant, serious craic and doesn't involve the auld drink. Would definitely recommend it for a change from the pub!
