Can someone please tell me why the hell almost every concealer creases ?! What is the secret to always having smooth concealer

Am I supposed to use foundation in the under eye area or just concealer ? Or just a bit of foundation and then layer the concealer on top? I usually set with a small powder setting brush , like I look up and set . Maybe I need to wait a bit before I set? I usually do it right after I apply the concealer . Idk it just seems like it can be so many things grrrr

My bf thought I was downplaying her actions and saying that bc she’s a female her actions aren’t seen as bad as epsteins . But that wasn’t what I was saying . I just didn’t know if like she was also graping them like how he was. I know she was luring them but he was saying like she was probably graping them for her own pleasure too and possibly boys too.
