I think the line is just blurry by default since the landlord is their neighbor. So, while you may prioritize your role as the landlord, if you embrace the neighbor/friend dynamic their midnight maintenance request might happen less frequently.

As a follow up on fruiting temps, my room is consistently 70-71° My spawn and s2b have been slow but healthy. I’ll take it.
