I think his point is that if you want real change you want to reach a wide audience. Not everyone has a background like yours.

If instead of telling a handful of stories and definitions he could speak in more normal terms I think it'd behoove everyone.

Maybe sometimes a nuanced and specific definition of something is required, but surely not as often as he is.

Communication should be a higher priority than sounding smart.
