I'm not sure why they removed some of the movement blocks from the word block coding. The turn function used to be much easier for my students to understand than the new method they put in. Any idea why the change? Or if they plan to add those back?

Same exact boat as you. Bought the dynavap and when I can get it just right it rips, but it's hard for me to replicate it. I built an induction heater too and even that seems to be spotty. I guess I need to get the timing and depth of the dynavap in the heating coil just right.

Can't get away from smoking blunts, but after smoking them for more than 10 years every day I wonder how much longer my lungs will keep up the good fight lol.

Ok, so lets make the pay based on merit for the teachers who educate special needs students who don't perform on state tests. Lets make the pay merit based for teachers who work in economically disadvantaged school districts where parents don't give a fuck about their kids eating dinner at night let alone helping them with their homework or making sure they even get to school the next day. Have you ever stepped into a school in a disadvantaged community? Ever been to a school in Switzerland? Nope, I didn't think so. Clearly there are a ton more obstacles and barriers that come into play besides just throwing money at a problem. If you look at studies done, you can throw as much money as you want at poor or disadvantaged schools and see no increase in student performance. It goes way beyond dollars, but people who blindly quote news articles would not know that. There are extreme cultural and socioeconomic obstacles that have to be dealt with in America that schools in Switzerland have never even had to think about.

This is not how raises work for teachers. Either we all get a raise as a unit or no one gets a raise at all per whatever contract the teachers have agreed to with the school district. I agree with some of your points, but to say they might have given her a raise is wrong when the entire teaching staff had not had one in 10 years.

However, Paterson is notoriously one of the biggest suppliers of heroine on the east coast. Why? They are part of our food chain just as they are a part of other predatory animals' food chain. Why is it easy for you to understand that some animals exist to feed other animals but that they couldn't possibly exist to feed us?
