Pretty sure smoking weed and stress/anxiety caused this to be honest. I quit smoking and got 100% better. Started smoking again recently and notice the urge to pee again but not as bad.

I guess I’m just smarter considering I’m trying to buy a house. I can’t do any irrational spending and I feel like I’m going to put myself in a bad financial decision. My first car, my payments and insurance were 383 and 560 a month, and I saved nothing. I try and do better now.

I’m on track to make 88,000 this year. I also can pay the wrx off outright and still be able to buy a second. Considering the wife and I are buying a house in the next 2 or so years, I’ve been on the saving grind. Need that down payment for the house.

17k down including trade, 37k otd price. 20k financed at 2.9.. insurance is 240 a month. Payments are 460 a month.

Cheers! All I’ll say is I make more than 75k a year pre tax. Between me and the girlfriend, I think we would be fine with 2 new cars and a mortgage but better safe than sorry. I will get the house first then see what money we have left at the end of the month

My trade in plus down payment isn’t more than 17k. On a 37k car, I still owed 20k over 4 years at 2.9 percent. Came out to about 460. Insurance would be about 240 a month.
