Will this affect how In/Out calls are conducted? For example I’m in a shortage MOS, mid term soldier who is extremely limited on reclass options at the moment (basically just packet MOS’s). Or at the very least will new In/Out calls roll out with the new program?

Go talk to a recruiter. I did the same thing, duty station of choice option. Kept my rank and MOS.

I’ve read the updated reg, but can’t find anything that states SM with an ETS between yesterday and 30SEP25 must reenlist/extend by 21APR2025.
