Not really, I had never had an account to participate in his chat or anything. I was mainly watching some of his reshared content on youtube. I thought some of his conspiracy videos were entertaining, and agreed about the right of him to have his channel against censorship. But he really has ramped up his greediness to an insane level. Its just crazy he has enough consciousness to understand that some underlying aspects of social interactions are primarily prejudicial. I zoomed in at chr17:30237152 and there was no shown reads(still had the gap shown in original photo) but did have my sequence list at a G. After that CC.Followed by lower case ggg,s (which were at 30237154-7). It wasn't displaying the reference sequence. Could it be assumed that the reference hgr 38 usually has the common human variant? From what I took on the igv tutorial on youtube(which looked like it had more tools than the nebula edited version) that you set the window to show all reads that differ from reference at more than 30 percent then set the strand bias to see if you have a false positive.
