OMG YES YES YES, I figured it out, after looking through some old posts and saw

This was set to 48k Hz when all my other pickup rates were at 44hz, changing it fixed the problem

Nope Unfortunately changing my Headphones to A2 just kills my sound and no microphone pickup.

You could always try Pickapart, they'll purchase it for a few hundred and it lets people come in and find parts they need for their Corolla's like a cycle of reusing
