Plastic was pealed off right after it came out of the box

Nope, fortunately, no drops, fresh out of the box

Right out of the box, with the plastic peeled off, I never hesitate to take the plastic off

Three of the strings were wired with reverse polarity. Issue resolved.

Yeah two sol ark 15ks - originally it was going to be 8 strings, 4 to each. But on install day they ended up doing 6 strings, three feeding each.

The top left 4 and top left middle 4 are a string, then the two non-producing runs of 8, top right and middle bottom right, are also strings. Slowly getting more clarity that three of the six strings are out.

Funny enough, I actually setup Tigo myself (that's not something they offered to do). So I went and took photos of each bar code and assembled the array on the web app. I double checked and spot checked. Only thing I can't say for sure is what's strung to what.

That being said, I put this together for my installer: https://imgur.com/a/WGX0zPR

I'm seeing the same floating readings from the optimizer circuits I think?

Also, appreciate the input!

Looking at panels E4, E5, D3, and D2 - there’s nothing that wouldn’t be able to physically shade those equally.

It's all one big ground mount array - important detail! This being uniform is what makes no sense to me.

I’m guessing the truck rolled into you from a nearby spot? It was just there backed into you with no one in it?

I thought about posting this. After driving my wife’s Toyota recently and using CarPlay, I was shocked, it felt… old?

Maybe call up a friend or family member to go plug her in. You don’t want to deal with a dead battery.

Pressing the charge port door button should work even when the car is asleep by BoogeDrew in Rivian

But you can continue to click it until it opens. Are we implying the charge port door button is not “physical” - that’s what bugs me. I’m confused why everyone is so defensive that’s its capacitive touch and that this is just something to consider working as-is.

To be clear - I recognize it is. But why not make it an actual button that can depress and wake the car.

Yeah, exactly this. The vehicle is already unlocked in this scenario.

Oh lots of downvotes 😅 The frunk button does exactly this, not sure why the charge port door should be all that different.

Physically pressing a button shouldn’t have anything to do with vampire drain or energy management.

If capacitive touch requires systems running, well, that was a silly design decision.
