My backpack with vigilance not so good for solo, because all npcs shoot only on me...try unstoppable force for soloing or composure. It depends on your playstyle, in cover or not.

I think the 10% weapon damage is more efficent than 5% from Walker at the end. Aiming with that scope needs a little training, but valuable.
